We will hold interviews for parents and legal guardians and screenings for prospective students individually. |

Kunitachi Kids International School students scheduled to graduate will be required to have an interview. |

Japanese classes will take place every day, however since all other classes will be held in English, Tokyo West International Elementary School will only accept stude nts who have English language capabilities that will allow the student to follow, learn and participate successfully in class. |

Furthermore, if the prospective student does not fulfill the PE screening requirements, the child may be declined enrollment. |

Tokyo West International Elementary School will inform those who have fulfilled the screening requirements with an acceptance letter. |

Prospective students who have passed the screening and have paid the entrance fee by the deadline will be considered enrolled. |

Tokyo West International Elementary School will provide a tour of the building and surrounding area that will be used for classes. The dates are TBD. The tour will be held for parents and legal guardians of students that will enter Gr1 in March 2012. |

Tokyo West International Elementary School will create and provide School Handbooks by March 2012. An orientation seminar will also be scheduled at this time. |

April will be the beginning of the school year. Therefore, students who will enter Tokyo West International Elementary School in September will prepare academically and physically to be successful students in April in a preparatory program at the school. |

小学部では、日本語のクラスを除き、すべてのクラスが英語でおこなわれるため、対応できる英語力が備わっていない場合は、入学できません。
また、体育の能力が一定基準に達していない場合は、入学できない場合があります。 |

選考に合格した生徒に対し、入学許可証を発行します。
指定期日までに入学金をご入金いただいた時点で、入学許可完了となります。
なお、納入されました入学金は、理由のいかんにかかわらず返金できませんのでご了承ください。
当校の趣旨に賛同される、ご子弟のかたがたのご入学を心より歓迎いたします。
また、2012年3月までに、小学部スクールブックを配布し、オリエンテーションをおこないます。

毎年4月にスクール年度が始まり、翌3月にスクール年度が終了します。
毎年4月がメインのスクール年度の始まりとなりますが、定員に空籍がある場合に限り途中入学が可能です。
小学部のメインの卒業式（G6）は、毎年3月に行う予定ですが、9月始まりのインターナショナルスクール中学部に進学する場合は、8月に卒業式を行う予定です。
